Job Description

We are adding to our team! 

Our Customer Service Associates provide front line support to Tribe’s customers and assist in maintaining customer relationships by responding to order requests, inquiries, problems, and more. The primary role in this position is to enter orders received via telephone, email or fax in a timely and accurate manner and to help our sales team build sustainable relationships and trust with our customers.

This is a bilingual position, candidates must be fluent in French and English.

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of detail and have a strong aptitude for using computer systems, especially Microsoft Excel. Previous experience using an inventory management system an asset. Our customers must be able to hear your smile over the phone, and you must be able to work well with others. This is a team atmosphere, working in groups and putting our Mission statement first and foremost in our role: Putting Patient Outcomes First in Everything We Do.

The hours for this role are 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. No weekends, rarely any overtime. We are a casual office environment and are on a bus route.
